Welcome to TruRamp. By using truramp.com and purchasing our products you agree to these terms. The store is operated by Bizwetu Consulting LLC ("TruRamp", "we").

Orders & pricing

All prices are in USD. Quantity discounts are applied automatically at checkout; non-combinable offers apply at the highest single discount. We may cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase.

Safe use of ramps — important

TruRamp service ramps are a vehicle maintenance aid, not a substitute for judgment or published vehicle-service procedures. By purchasing you agree to:

• Use ramps only on firm, level ground, in pairs (or two pairs for a full vehicle) as instructed;
• Chock the wheels that stay on the ground and set the parking brake before working;
• Perform the shove-test and visually inspect ramps for damage before every use;
• Never exceed your vehicle's axle load or use damaged ramps;
• Follow all instructions supplied with the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruRamp's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Warranty & refunds

Our 60-Day Drive-On Guarantee and 1-Year Crack-Free Warranty are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, video, branding) belongs to Bizwetu Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of New Mexico unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
