Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE on every US order — no minimum.

• Processing: orders ship from our US warehouse within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: typically 5–8 business days total from order to door (most orders arrive sooner).
• Tracking: emailed the moment your ramps leave the warehouse.
• Carriers: FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on your location.

We currently ship to the United States only. Need to change your address? Email support@truramp.com as soon as possible after ordering — we can update it any time before the parcel leaves the warehouse.

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window, contact us and we will chase it, replace it, or refund it.
